These people are a fraud. AVOID THEM! do not ever deal with them. I went to them for a screen replacement. Apparently they don’t use genuine parts and their technicians are incompetent. I came for a screen replacement and after I left the touch screen was terrible and afterwards the whole phone died! and its not working anymore!! going over there to fix a small issue ended up in having my whole phone dying! DO NOT EVER GO THERE AT ALL COSTS
I had a really good experience at Milaaj Bur Dubai. I went there to fix my AirPods, thinking it had a big problem. But the guy checked it and literally fixed it in a few seconds. I was honestly surprised.
What I liked the most is that he was very honest. He could have easily said it’s a major issue and charged me more, but he didn’t. He just fixed it straight away and explained everything clearly.
The staff were friendly, quick, and trustworthy. Definitely a place I’ll go back to and recommend to others.
Worst service ever. They charged 500aed for a cheap display. They said it is 1st quality but it is not. Simply mislead and cheated. It was not even one hour once the display changed there is a dot on the display and ear peace also not working.They refused to fix it. I do not recommend this shop at all.
